What is your policy on returns?
We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We'll be happy to help you with the process.
We do not accept:
- Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear, even if they are still under warranty.
- Products that have been used, altered, assembled or installed, unless they are defective.
- Lingerie, swimwears, jewellery, disposable items such as nappies, or nursing and maternity products like bottle warmers, if their packaging has been opened. Of course, we will take back defective products.
- Toiletries, perfumes and cosmetics.
- Bedding, mattresses, bath products, kids' products, pillows, sheets, comforters, bed-in-a-bag, duvets, duvet covers, memory foam, towels and bathrobes that have been removed from their packaging.
- Products that have already been assembled, unless there is a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to check for defects and will repair or replace the defective products at our discretion.
- Products you wish to exchange for a different colour or size. (We currently do not offer an exchange service which means that you will need to return the product first and purchase what you wish instead).
- Returns or exchange on smartwatches
Please return your products in their original packaging, with their original tag at your own cost, within 14 days of delivery. In case of defective products, the 14 day timeline for return shall apply, however, the return costs shall be borne by us (through our selected delivery partner). Please contact customer care to identify the nearest drop off location for your return orders. Double-check that you've included the original invoice, all the accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards that came with your order.

If I return a product to store, can I receive my refund partly in cash, and the remaining as a Voucher?
Store return for online orders is currently not supported.

If I decide I don't want my order when it's being delivered, can I return it directly to your delivery partner?
Yes, you can return your order at the time of delivery.

What if I want to return a product that was part of a Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer or a Bundle promo?
If you want to return part of such an order, call Customer Service or request a return online. Please note, you will be able to do partial returns, however the total discount will be proportionately distributed to calculate the refund value.

Can I make partial returns from a larger order?
Yes, you can make partial returns subject to the other requirements under the returns policy.

If I pay for my order with a Credit or Debit Card, how long will it take to process my refund?
We will process the refund after receipt of the product and satisfactory QC. Refund
will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order.
If you've paid by Credit or Debit Card, here's how long it will take:
- 1.2-3 business days to receive your returned items.
- 2.2 business days to perform a quality check and issue the refund.
Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 4-15 business days to process the transaction.

Can I return part of a promotional purchase, where the discount was calculated on the total cost of my purchase?
Yes, you can return items that were originally part of a promotion, but you will lose out on the discount.

I paid for an order using a Discount Voucher, and then cancelled the order. Can I use the Discount Voucher again?
Any single use discount voucher once used cannot be reapplied or reused even after returning or cancelling the order/items.

My original order qualified for free shipping. Do I still get free shipping if I return all or part of my order?
Yes, you will. We will not deduct shipping charges from your refund..

Can I exchange my purchase for another product?
No exchange is possible. You'll be able to return your order, and use your refund to buy a new product right away.

How do I return my purchased products?
You can initiate a return either through Customer Service or by raising an online return request. Once approved:
- You must download and print the Air Waybill (AWB) provided.
- Returns must be handed over at the designated return location, which must be in the same country/location as the original order.
- Please ensure the product is securely packed and handed over along with the printed AWB to our authorised delivery partner.
Important:
- Returns without a valid AWB will not be accepted or processed for refund.
- Our delivery partner will make one collection attempt only. If the pickup is unsuccessful, you may be required to arrange the return again.
- Refunds will only be processed for products that pass satisfactory QC.
